there are only a few weeks left until the “Metallography Conference”, which will take place at the University of Leoben (Franz-Josef-Straße 18, 8700 Leoben) from September 13 to 15, 2023.
Below you will find more information about your presentation and about the conference itself.
Presentation information
The format of the presentation slides should be 16:9 Full HD.
Please upload your final PowerPoint presentation via your online account. Please save your presentation under the following file name: ID…[your ID]_name”
You will find here the instructions for uploading your presentation.
The deadline for the uploading your presentation is SEPTEMBER 08, 2023.
Oral Presentation
The language for all oral presentations is preferably German, but also can be held in English.
All presentations, with the exception of plenary presentations, will last 20 minutes each (15 min presentation + 5 min discussion).

Please look for your name in the contribution list (left side) and check the time/date of your presentation.

“Heitere Metallographie”
Call for photos in the category “Heitere Metallographie”.
As part of the 57th Metallography Meeting 2023 in Leoben, a prize in the category “Cheerful Metallography” will again be awarded in the time-honored tradition. All participants of the meeting are invited to submit high-quality, original and amusing metallographic images with a short explanation.
These photo submissions will be evaluated by meeting attendees during the meeting and the most popular photo will receive a € 500,- prize at the social evening.
